Had a very positive experience with Signature from initial consultation to completed work. Our neighborhood HOA has attempted for years to get a contractor to take on a serious erosion issue. Few contractors have bothered to return our calls or emails, let alone offer up good solutions. BUT SIGNATURE LAND SERVICES DID! They provided a good three-part solution at a fair price. Communication was good and I kept in touch throughout the project work. I was able to collaborate with them on part of the final plan. When I brought a minor error to their attention they fixed it without a fuss. So easy to work with and they all seem to take pride in their work. Highly recommend. Signature Land Services paved our driveway this summer and we could not be happier with the results. We had enlarged our driveway since buying the home so, in addition to new excavation and paving, this project also involved digging up old broken and uneven asphalt from the 1970s and addressing a sloping issue on the lower circular driveway. We expressed those concerns at our initial appointment and walk-thru and those concerns were noted and addressed in the proposal that we received within a day or two. We obtained three quotes from highly rated companies before starting the project and all the quotes came back very comparable. But we went with Signature as we appreciated their very detailed proposal, as well as the photos they attached to the proposal with notations about the project. In addition, they were quick to reply to any questions we had about the proposal before we signed it. They contacted us about two weeks before commencing the work and the project was completed efficiently. Our grandson loved watching the heavy equipment! And once we waited our three days and could drive on it again, he could not wait to bring up his new bike and ride on it. We love our new driveway!
